About Candidate

I am a Collection Agent by profession, doing an outbound and inbound collections of payments for
international accounts.
As a Collection Agent we help clients for their inquiries and problems encountered, we provide them
better solutions like, extensions, recurring and scheduled payments, to help them bring their financial
accounts into current status.
And I am also a Back Office Support with a task of data entry, management and data completion and
finished it in a timely manner.
And I have 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of a copier products in my former company,
doing telemarketing, email proposal, fliers and face to face meeting with the clients to negotiate and
close the sales.

With 20 years of vast expertise in the field of Copier repair, maintenance and troubleshooting like Ricoh and Konica Minolta copiers, includes also the connectivity multifunction devices to computer.

If you will give me a chance and consider my application not only my extensive skills and experience, I
can share, but I can also contribute to success of the organization my 100% professional, diligence work
ethic and being also a team player to achieve the common goals of providing best services to the
