LocalTalent.PH acts as a link between Job Seekers seeking work and Employers advertising job roles. Through the website, Employers can look for Job Seekers to fill their vacancies, and Job Seekers can apply to job ads by applying for job ads listed by Employers. In order for Job Seekers to apply to the listed job ads in LocalTalent.PH you only need to register and complete your Job Seeker Profile and for Employers they must signup and select a Package that best suits their needs before being able to list new jobs
LocalTalent.PH is a job board or job search website where Employers can sign up to publish their job ads and Job Seekers looking for work can apply to them by sending their resumes directly to the Employers when they Apply for a new job listing. LocalTalent.PH does not have any say at all in the selection process for either parties.
You can sign up for an Account for FREE with LocalTalent.PH, either as an Employer or as a Job Seeker by simply clicking on the Signup/Register Button at the top of the page and complete your registration details to get started. Be sure to use a valid email address as we will send you a verification email to confirm your registration, or you can use Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter or Google Account to log in.
If you no longer wish to use LocalTalent.PH, you can delete your account by logging in to your Profile area, and then by selecting the “Delete Profile” tab and following the prompts.

If you encounter any issues while using LocalTalent.PH website, please try the following steps to resolve:

  • Make sure to use the latest browser versions
  • Access the site on another device
  • Clear browser cookies and cache (Instructions)
  • Enable Javascript (Instructions)
  • Enable Cookies (Instructions)
  • Access LocalTalent.PH with a more stable internet connection
No, we have payment gateway partners that we utilise on the website. They are responsible for processing the payments on our behalf; details for each transaction can be found in the terms and conditions displayed on each transaction.

Job Seekers

You can sign up for a Job Seeker Account for FREE with LocalTalent.PH, simply click on the Signup/Register Button at the top of the page and complete your registration details to get started. Be sure to use a valid email address as we will send you a verification email to confirm your registration, or you can use Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter or Google Account to login
If you are already logged in to the Job Seeker Profile area you can reset your password by clicking on the “Change Password” tab and following the prompts. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the “Forgotten password?” link on the Login Page Popup.
To apply to the job offers posted in the website you must have a Job Seeker account and your Profile with an updated Resume must be completed in your Job Seeker Profile. If you have not yet created an account you can register here. Once you create your complete Profile you can apply for jobs with a single click on the button “Apply Now” that you’ll find at the top of every job offer listed on the website.
When you click the “Apply Now” button on a job listing through the website, you are actually contacting the Employer directly. At that moment the Employer will be able to contact you if they show an interested in your application for the role. Alternatively Job Seekers can send a Private message to Employers by completing the Contact Us Form with your message and then clicking the “Send Message” button.
Employers can contact you using the contact details you provided in your Job Seeker Profile (so make sure they are updated) and that you have added your Resume directly by the LocalTalent.PH interface by the built in messaging feature.

You can have 2 types of resume in your LocalTalent.PH account.

  • Uploaded resume (PDF, Microsoft Word or Picture files. File size should be less than 5MB)
  • LocalTalent.PH Online Job Seeker Profile
  • (IMPORTANT) When you apply for a job, both resumes are sent to recruiters.

What if I don’t have a resume? / Can you help me to create a resume?

You can create a free resume using Canva’s resume builder for FREE. You can select from the large selection of Templates to create your resume to stand out from the other Job Seekers. Here is a link to get started: https://partner.canva.com/c/3850755/1517764/10068

With a completed online Job Seeker Profile, you will get more exposure from employers and stand out from the other Job Seekers: You will be added to our exclusive Job Seeker Marketplace if you choose too. Your profile will be made discovered when Employers use it to search for the perfect-matched Job Seekers for their job listings. You will be recommended to highly relevant jobs based on your past working experience and skills that you upload to the online Job Seeker Profile Resume, so make sure you keep it up to date.

If you are not actively looking for a job at the moment or just prefer to keep your profile visible to Employers for that you have applied for roles for, you can choose to hide your profile from Employers.

  • Login to your account and go to your profile tab
  • Toggle to “Show” to enable your Profile to be Public.
Employers can see your Profile when you have applied to one of their job ads or because they are doing a specific search in our Job Seeker Search feature. If you do not want your Profile to be searchable by Employers to whom you have not applied, you can change your privacy settings to not show your Profile as Public.
You can access your Resume to edit it from your Job Seeker Profile. Also note that if you modify your Resume, Employers will always see the latest update. You can also upload your updated resume directly in the Job Seeker Profile area too.
In your Job Seeker Profile, you will be able to see the status of your application and the roles you have applied for under the “Applied For” tab. You would receive email notifications and Alerts in the Job Seeker Profile area to inform you if an Employer contacted you regarding a role.
If you no longer wish to use LocalTalent.PH, you can delete your account from your Job Seeker Profile area by selecting the “Delete Profile” tab and following the prompts.

Employers

You can sign up for an Employer Account for FREE with LocalTalent.PH, simply click on the Signup/Register Button at the top of the page and complete your registration details to get started. Be sure to use a valid email address as we will send you a verification email to confirm your registration, or you can use Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter or Google Account to log in.
If you are already logged in to the Employer Profile area, you can reset your password by clicking on the “Change Password” tab and following the prompts. If you have forgotten your password, you can click the “Forgotten password?” link on the Login Page Popup.

Simply log in to your Employer Dashboard and click the Post Job button, then follow the prompts. Note that you must first select a Job Package before you can Post a Job Ad, that also includes our FREE Plan or our Paid Plans.

An Employer has the option to use the Messaging feature of our Employer Dashboard as a first point of contact. Although they can use the phone number or email address that is provided by the Job Seeker on their profile and resume. How you communicate with Job Seekers as an Employer is up to you.

When you log in to the Employer Dashboard you will see the current listed jobs and that will also indicate their are Job Seeker applications pending review. Also we there is a tab that allows you to drill down further to individually listed jobs and review the Job Seekers.

With a completed online Employer Profile, you will get more exposure towards Job Seekers seeking work and stand out from the other Employers:

You will be added to our exclusive Employers searchable database, providing you with a public profile page to help you gain exposure on LocalTalent.PH but also Google and other Search Engines. Your profile will be discovered when anyone searches your business details and even encourage more Job Seekers to apply for your job listings.

Even if you have no current Job Listings, your Public Profile will remain active, so you get to have a great SEO-friendly website page for your business at no charge.

Yes, all resumes and Job Seeker profiles are made available to the Employer whenever a Job Seeker applies directly to a role that is posted by the Employer.

Yes, the status you mark on any Job Seeker that applies for your advertised roles does not show to the Job Seeker Dashboard to allow the Employer to instead discreetly shortlisted Job Seekers and then edit as needed with no regard to alerting the would be Job Seekers that have applied for the job.

Yes, but you only need to commit to the FREE Plan to unlock the ability to create your Public Profile and start posting job ads. If you exceed the FREE Plan then you can opt to upgrade your subscription to one of our very competitive paid Plans. Get started listing your Job Ads for FREE.

Yes, we do have the option to integrate your LocalTalent.PH Employer Account with your Zoom Account to set meetings, but this will require you set up an API App via the Zoom API. We will include detailed instructions here for those that would like to set up this feature, alternatively, you can contact our Support Team and we can set up your Zoom API link to LocalTalent.PH for a one-time setup fee.

No, LocalTalent.PH is a job search website also known as a job board, we allow Employers to post their vacant positions and provide the means for Job Seekers to apply for the roles using our platform. We do not have any part in the hiring process or do we make any recommendations to Employers as to which Job Seeker to select.
