Job responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide solutions to customer inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Accurately document customer interactions and details.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.
• At least 1 year of experience in inbound calling, whether in sales or support.
• A cheerful demeanor and clear vocal tone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high call volumes.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Additional Requirements:
• Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A modern computer (preferably Core i5 or higher) with a minimum of 8GB RAM.
• Availability for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during weekdays.
• A quiet workspace to ensure professional communication and minimize distractions.
• A high-quality noise-canceling headset to facilitate clear communication.
• While double monitors are preferred, they are not mandatory, but they do support multitasking and productivity.
• Including backup power/internet options to ensure that you are well-prepared to maintain job responsibilities without disruptions.
